I would not recommend anyone to live in these mouse/bug infected apartments. I lived in the apartment for 2 years (just moved) and really didnât have a problem with mice until last winter (the apartments are under new management). I have personally killed 4 mice in my apartment but there were more ( I spoke to the maintenance works and the only reply was âYeah I know we are trying to get to it)â, there are window unit air conditioners so bugs will craw through the cracks that the wall units leave. There were murders two weeks in a row in May of 2006 (if you donât believe me than check the police report), the first murder happened in front of the apartment (a kid was shot dead while sitting in the passenger seat of a car) and the second murder was in the back of the apartments the guy was shot several times and then the shooter turned his gun and shot up residents car windows and tires. Granted we are supposed to have nightly surveillance around the apartment premises, but it is not unusual to be awaken in the middle of the night by some angry boyfriend or girlfriend finding out that their spouse has been unfaithful that night and wanting to let the whole complex know (usually around 3am) by attempting to beat that individual up. It takes way to long for the police to show up when they are called even though they are sitting in the parking lot across the street (the mall parking lot). There is a lot of loitering in the front of the apartment lobbies especially in front apartment so you need to be on guard while going up the steps. The parking is bad because there is not enough spaces for people who have more than one car. The best thing about living in that apartment is that environment motivated me to get a better job and buy a house in a nice quiet neighborhood.
So if you need negative motivation then by all means rent a Marlow Heights apartment.

If you check the police report you will find they were not killed at Marlow Heights Apartments. They were shot and killed further up the street and the shooter was caught outside in front of the complex after a car chase and guns fired and shots hit some of cars (Car Insurnace??). There is a difference. As far as mice, yes, I think we may have all had them when the County was digging up the street and place next door dug up the parking lot next door. Did you call it in, let them know. No problems now.
