I have lived here for several years. I was reading these reviews and was sad to see that some people are/were not happy. I must say the staff, especially Cynthia are the most professional and courteous people I have met. They always have a smile and a kind word. There have been issues over the years, but they do their very best to resolve them. The new management is also great, just look at all the improvements. I recommend everyone to visit and move to Marlow Heights Apartments.
