i am a new resident of Marlow Heights and i just love my apartment. The grounds are well maintained and the property are kept up. My building is keep up, especially the laundry room. Always, closed, cleaned and decent. The staff are professional and pleasant to work with and always help No complaints so far. The only grip i have it the high amount for the utilities . Eventhough the new owner did provide assistance with the cost due to harsh winter which cause a large consumption of heating and water. This is something new to me paying for water, sewer and gas in one bill. of course with every complex you have your issues, but here , everything is under control. And as far as the mice and roaches, i do not have any, and i have the exterminator to visit my unit regardless, if i see any rodents at all and keep my unit clean.

Overall, my experience here at Marlow Heights is a pleasure. Everything, meaning, grocery stores, all different kinds of fast food and then there is Marlow Heights shopping Center all at your fingertips. "It like the theme song of the Jefferson" we moving on up to the east of side of Temple Hills, Marlow Heights apts.

Yes ths apartment is kept up well but I have been here almost five yrs and when I moved in I felt just like you. I hope you still feel the same way 4 yrs from now. I was here b4 all these changes occur. And they have change gas we pay is because of something they did not pay so we suffer, no fair. And they combine the two apartments togther to get you gas bill and water bill. I have not seen no gas meter maybe you have because you are new but please tell me if they have shown you. Good luck
