I just moved in Marlo Plaza apartments in October of this year. I find the apartments to be an comfortable and cozy place to live. Although with any multi-family dewelling you must take every situation into consideration. the only complaint with this complex that would have caused me to re-think signing my lease is the weekend loitering by under aged tenants... other than that I really enjoy the quiet, peaceful pleasure of living in this community.
