Living in Marlow Plaza is a great place for me to start out. The resident managers are very lenient in reference to the delinquencies, however they also have a job to do. Never be afraid to communicate with The Managers when it comes to paying your rent. And always put forth and effort into being ontime with your rent. The Maintenence Crew are always on time and the Drywall crew are excellent. I think with the structure of Marlow Plaza Apartments there are few security risk. It is a very cozy little area as well as convienent, for shopping, recreatiion, and work. I definitely recommend Marlow Plaza especially if you are single and no children. There is 2 flaws though... They do not under any circumstances allow pets, in in which is kind of understandble because the apartments are kind of small and a little pricey, but I think its worth it. I have been here for 2 years. And I will be here as long as they don't go up on the rent again. When they do or if they do I hope to be moving into a house by that time.
