I lived in Marlow Plaza apts. for 3 years to make a long story short 2 weeks after moving here I should have found a reason to move out gun fired every weekend for the 1st month I moved here. Next my bathroom ceiling fell in twice my apt flooded from a pipe that brust in the closet someone came into my apt and stole my dvd,vcr,playstation,ect.. the washer machine and dryer never works. I live on the basement floor and will never ever ever ever pick a basement apt again. Parking is fine accept you car may get stolen or borken into. This area has a high rate of car theif and car jacking. The only thing that good is your closes to the subway and shopping.
