I lived at Marlow Plaza Apts. for 3 years. I was convinced to take a 1st floor apartment because they had a security system...took it, and they took it out 2 months after I moved in..."New Management". I was attacked right outside my apartment building. My car was stolen twice and broken into once. Telling the property manager gets you "what would you like for us to do'" comment. Gun shots rang out every weekend. My neighbors fought every night. I would literally have to walk up my stairs to get in my building past about 12 guys who were "hanging out" everyday. Nothing ever got fixed. But they would go up on the rent every year and fix the parking lot and the awnings, and they would paint your door. Now that's what I call service! Never move there! Run away!

I lived in Marlow Plaza Apts for 3yrs and yes the first 2 1/2yrs were not bad. The fixed the pool cleaned up the lobby, and if something in my apt went wrong, maintenance usually came the next day or so and let notes and cleaned up. HOWEVER, those last 6 months were HELL! They moved some tenants above me and my god all day long constant stumping, throwing bottles out of the windows, strong smell of weed coming down into my apt. It Was Terrible. I told management and like one person said the said"What would you like me to do?" Well, call PG County police so much, I had finally had enough. It is a great place to live if they can control the "hoodlum Population" for overtaking it.

i was considering moving to Marlow Plaza. could someone give me some current feedback on the community please i have three small children and i would love for them to grow up in a nice area and go to a good school. does anybody know of the schools in the area? let me know i would greatly appreciate it.. warm regards
