Since I have lived here "Nov 2005" I think the rental office staff has be changed about five or six times. Almost the whole summer the air condition was out. Since I lived here I never seen or heard of emergency maintenance. To be honest the maintenance staff they have now look like they got them from the side of the liquor store they are unprofessional. The neighborhood is full of crime. The elevator don€™t work if they do you haft to step over urine. The hallways stink, which it leaks in, side the apartments. I guess you get what you pay for. I wish I had looked up this apartment on this site before I moved here.
