I used to live in Marlow Plaza, I moved out in July 06. My bathroom was infested with mold due to leaking pipes in the unit above me. I complained of this problem several times, maintenance said that they could not find the leak, meanwhile the water has bubbled up in the paint in several areas of the bathroom, as well as the closet where the furnace is. Anywho, the mold and mildew got to the point where we had to call EPA, being as though they changed management so often, the current manager at that time agreed to let us out of our lease without any penalties because this issue began before she got there. Please stay on top of management concerning issues in your unit, and make sure that you document everything, this info will help you in the long run if you have any discrepancies.
