I'm a current resident at Marlow Plaza and I'm going to be moving at the end of the month into my new home. While looking for an apartment here for my son. I came across the rating for Marlow Plaza. Who ever the person is who wrote the 10/18 response must have been one of there many evictions, because I have lived here for 8 years and I must say the curent staff is the best since I moved in. The managers Ms. Hamilton and Mr. Sean are always there un like previous staff. Both of them just give you a warm feeling when you call or see them walking the property. Now I will say they don't play when it comes to the rent they will send you nasty/funny letter if you owe $5.00. So check them out for yourself while the current staff is there because they change out every season, but for future residents sake I hope they keep the crew they have now.
