Hi, I saw these apartments on craigslist and they have a great special going on, i wanted to know what was included in the rent as far as utilities and on average how much you have to pay for your utilities. It will be my first apartment and i want to be sure that i can handle it!!

I live In Marlo Plaza apartments and I love It.It's nice and clean, Ilove my apartment size and I love the fact that the rental office pay 63 percent of the utilities. It's the best move I've made In a long time

What? i dont know who said that. I live here and they do not pay 63% of utilities.. that must be management that posted that.. Im going to be honest with you... Maitenance never comes.. Management always makes promises and never do anything.. People hang out all the time.. And you can hear everyting your neighbor does.. TRust me make this your last resort.. Go check out Naylor Gardens in SE..Yeah its in SE but its a good neighbor 810 utilities included.. I may move there myself
