Not bad for 1 person!!!!!

I live in the Mid-rise and the apartments are not huge but there ok for one person! You only pay a portion of your utilities, which comes on one bill versus seperate from Pepco, Gas, and whoever else. Mine at the most has been $75 in addition to my rent! I haven't seen any roaches or rodents, so I'm good! It's really not bad!
