I have lived at parkway for about 3 years. I can not beleive all the hard work that the new manager is doing. He keeps the kids in line and makes sure the property looks nice. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Was this rating obtained from just the one review or does Apartment Rating. com actually go out themselves and review the apartment.

I AM SURE THE MANAGER WROTE THIS HIMSELF, ANYONE WHO HAS BEEN THROUGH PARKWAY CAN SEE THAT THIS PLACE IS PURE HELL!!!!!!!!!! UNLESS YOU ARE A DRUG DEALER/USER.

Why, whoever is writing these bad things about the manager/staff, no this is not true,unless management threw u out because of such habits, I can tell u and vouch for New parkway apts that they have cleared it out and still doing some clearing and my neighbors or involve in helping the office.
