The apt is roomy but the noise is loud half of the ppl that live here dont work.they ghetto as hell rude,disrespectful.i moved from a very quiet community in ft washington and its very different but i would not recommend this place unless u have no place to go like i did and thats y i moved here they take anybody...iam thankful that they allowed me to live here but when my lease is up iam getting the ---- outta here.And as far as the mice i didnt have any and i kip my apt extra clean...just b careful and if u come around here and nobody is out trust and beleive they up in the cut somewhere.......
