If you have a maintenance request, it gets handled immediatly. The staff is very nice. The neighborhood is okay, but there are occassional gunfire. I have seen mice and roaches in my apt, however, it was taken care of when I reported it. The apartment is small but very cozy. I'm happy that I moved here.
