The parking is ridiculous because you park so far away from your apartment. There is now parking permits and limited parking spots. They have the most ghetto men working in maintenance whom take for ever to fix things. I have found crickets by my door and milapeads running on the window seal because its a basement apartment. Be careful on the things that are in the apartment not to mention you don't have a dishwasher but one single sink with no counter space. The toilet in the bathroom is so close to the sink you have to rest your arm on the sink to be comfortable. The windows are dated and the apartments have the old school heating coils in each room. They have no playground for kids, at least not one worthy of your time. The laundry site they have here is garbage, each building doesn't even have one and the water runs slow when you do use them. I put my laundry in them just to try once and the clothes still had laundry detergent on them and some of the pants weren't even wet. My car was been broken into because where we park has to much access to the street; so offenders have a clean getaway. Unless you are looking for these apartments as a first time apartment or a way to save money don't move here.
