Let me start off by saying I dont have any roaches or mice in my apartment.Its very clean.I really have issues with the rental office and all the maintenance crew, top of the list would be all supervisors at hand. If you put in a request for maintenance it wont be done for at least a good month if your lucky.I love my apartment its myself and my child. The worst part about it is that you have drug dealers all around and the thing is they sell drugs at the playground.You have shootings at anytime and it takes place usually near the playground too.A big issue for me as well would be the people who allow their dogs to ---- on the sidewalk and in the grass without cleaning it up.
