High turn-over for property managers. Spooky/scary maintainence workers. Gated nevers works (I haven't seen it closed in 4 months). Parking spaces are way too close. New manager told me I couldn't have a dog (when I moved in, I could). Tried to increase rent from 790 to 990 in one month. No security - peeping tom (a lot of dark corners). Had to roll washer (dish and clothes) to sink - sad. They sawed through my ceiling and behind my stove then patched with electrical tape. So glad I moved

My apartment is nice.I have a two bedroom its just myself and my son and we dont have any problems,if you keep your house clean you wont have any roaches or rats, like barryfarms. If I have a problem with anything the people in the rental office is nice to me.If you talk with respect then they will respect you.
