Several sex offenders reside here.. beware!

I had to learn the hard way that I was living next to a sex offender. Do your own research, don't allow beautiful landscaping be the reason you select an apartment. Don't take my word for it. Search the MD sex offender registry. You'll be surprised who's
in your community. Sex Offender registry website: www.dpscs.state.md
Besides safety, maintenance and mgmt staff are poor. The apartments need renovation (old appliances, i.e. your washing machine must be rolled over to the kitchen sink for
use!) The parking spots are very narrow.
Lots of children/teens hanging all over.
Drug traffic at night. If this is what you're looking for, you are at home!
