I've inherited the "estate".....and it sucks!!!

In addition to the terrible maintainance staff; the so-so leasing staff, and the extreme lack of security; and the expensive rent; their inability to decide which utilities will be included in the rent, and the high residential turn-over, now the property plays host to teenagers with the desire tok shoot at eachother at night. The fact that this "gated" community has never closed the gate, it is a breeding ground for criminal activity. The best thing about the property is the bond you build with your neighbors, protecting eachother, and eachothers property banding together against the common enemy--the rental company.
As for the staff, the new property manager does bend over backwards to help, but her hands always seem to be tied. Leasing consultants are good at their jobs--they convince you to sign on the dotted line.
I would recommend this property to someone who has the desire to live in the flatbush area of Brooklyn, NY.
