These are definitely not estates. The maintenance is so poor. I had 3 leaks from my bedroom ceiling. It has holes and cracks from water leaking down from upstairs neighbors air conditioner. Each time they claim the problem is solved, but nothing. They will do the minimal work just to shut you up. Different property managers all the time. Poor lit parking area, and towing is ridiculous. Cars are even towed when they have the correct stickers!
Please, if you want to live decent, and not have to stress about what will be broken down day to day, don't come here!
