Let me jsut first start by saying that the management SUCKS!! There is no organization whatsever. Like someone stated before, they are constantly changing staff members and they are no better than the last ones. I have had so many leaks in my kitchen and bathroom it ain?t even funny. You have to stay on maintenance to get things fixed. There are drug dealers that hang around the front of the complex all the time, a friend of mine was even robbed on the property at gunpoint. The trash cans are always overflowed and laying on the concrete. Parking is ridiculous. I hated coming home late because I would have to park so far away and also the lighting is pretty dim. There?s alot of bushes and not all of the outside lights on the building light up. The apartment itself has ok space and it does have a washer and dryer (that shakes and rattles everytime you use it), but personally I would look for another place to live...it?s not worth the headache!
