Yes, the management is terrible. Check this out, my bathroom sinked was clogged & of course I called our maintenance office. They said they would send someone over. No one ever showed up, supposedly because they were backlogged which for the life of me I can't understand why when they don't fixed anything else in the complex, unless of course it's their discounted rental apartment. Anyway, I ended up going to get me some Liquid Plumr and fixed it myself. By the time someone actually shows up, mind you I was not at home at the time, they had the nerve to tell me the sink is okay. I guess so after I fixed it. Do not move here, like every one else says the parking sucks, the rent will increase by $200 if you don't sign a one year lease with them. You know how you are supposed to reply to the letter that they send you about your options to sign the lease or go month to month, well you are supposed to get 60 days notice. I got about 2 weeks to make a decision on what I wanted to do and if you don't return the form, they will try & rob your azz for not signing a yr lease. The maintenance staff is a joke. They are always drunk or looking trifling. Who would want to let them in your apt. Oh and I had my tub resurfaced (if that's what you want to call it) and one of the workers stole my teddy bear that was sitting on my living room lazy boy. By the time I realized it was missing, they were long gone. Please if you care anything about your health & safety, and being treated with respect, don't move here!!!
