I have lived at this property for going on 3 years and in the beginning I was off to a good start. The apartments are nice, but they are really going down hill. Maintenence Staff are sorry. They claim they fix stuff but the really don?t. They get it working for 2 days then its back to where it was before they fixed it. The management is the WORST I have EVER SEEN. They swith management every year. They had a security gate put up in late 2001 and do you know the gate has not worked. It may have worked for a month and thats all. The rent is ridiculous. The staff is rude and they are not friendly bunch at all. My building has been without hot water for like a month and a half. They have a nerve to charge for Gas now!! HAHAHAA!! The are definately a joke. When I called the rental office to get the cooperate number to file a complait they didn?t want to give it to me. They are a mess. Another thing.. the hall lights arent always working either and that is dangerous to be walking in/out of a dark buildings. As I look around sometimes the neighbors are late on there rent they are quick to put up a notice but we as tenants dont get the same quick reaction when we call and complain or need something fixed. They take their precious time to get stuff done, or they will tell you "Well someonne will come out today and fix..."



Whatever.. they tell you that so they can get you off the phone!! I dont appreciate the way the staff/management handles things. They do not handle things/problems in a decent/managerial way. I feel as a tenant, I pay you rent every month and NEVER am I late , I deserve good treatment. There was a time when I would recommend this property to others but NOW I dont !!!!PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE youll save yourself alot of trouble and headaches!!
