I lived in Princeston Estates for 3 years and it has been a straight disater. From the gated open community with drug dealers and a lot of gambling soon as you drive in the community to the shooting a killing of more than 3 adults in one weekend. To the laze maintence staff it took me two years to get one whole plastered. My fridge opened on it own, I had defrost it more than 4 time a week. The teenagers started fires on the playground and being that they stole all of the fire extingishers out of the building who could contain the fires. The day I move in there was a bullet hole in balcony window and roaches out of this world like they paid rent. They change your lease without you knowing it if they can find you lease.

Overall you would be better living in a card board box insulated!@!!!!
