I moved in about two weeks ago... My refrigerator is so old and beat up. The stove was the same. My dryer isnt working, my alarm system hasnt been armed yet thats why I chose the ground level. My neighbor said it took her 60 days to get hers armed. I have roaches already which is so gross. The conditions of the floor tile and cabinets in my kitchen are horrible. I havent even put any food in them let alone I cant cook. I have been eating out since I moved in. How can you allow a new tenant to move in and the apartment wasnt even ready. The blinds in my room are broke where the other two rooms have new ones. Dont let me get started on the multi-color tile in the bathroon around the tub.... Its no wonder they dont allow you to view your apartment until the day before your due to move in after, only which I insisted after signing the lease. Im looking into my rights for breaking a lease within 30 days. They have yet to come out and repair anything I requested on my move-in checklist, that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I heard the rumors but they are true. Dont waste your hard earned money or time moving here...
