I moved to Princeton Estates b/c it was extremely affordable. I don't know much about this area but I do know that Temple hills isn't the best neighborhood. So you kinda get what you pay for. I didn't have ANY problems with the rental office - eventhough I only lived there for 3 months. But I saw my apartment B4 i signed my lease .. and was promised that I would have a new tub b4 my move in date. Okay as you know .. it wasn't done. But when i went to the Assistant Manager - she was cool about it .. In a couple of days I got a new tub and a new sink. Then the parking ... i can't even relive those moments .. those were the worst !!! Being a single mom walking from west bubble (on the other end of the complex) to my apartment in the dark
(4 get what time it was) wasn't cool. So i'm with ya'll on the parking. DOO DOO !! Eventhough my homeboy worked for the tow company - i still didn't have problems. (as long as u abide w/their rules ... parking permits & update registration - i didn't see the problem > but there's 2 sides 2 every situation) I'll mind mines. Also ... if i was told b4 signing my lease that the washer & dryer had to be rolled out to use -i would of backed out. Thats 2 prehistoric 4 me. I don't know if anyone noticed ... but there are too many non-working flaky men lingering around 24-7. Thats another complaint. It's just not a safe place for females to live on their own. ((TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS !!!)) My main thing was management. Everyone in the office from May 2004 - August 2004 were the coolest bunch of people. After my penalities were paid to break my lease (2mo rent).. i JUST got my security deposit in the mail (i was told in 90 days) add it up .. they were right.
I'm not on here to make this place look like paradise .. but u get what u pay for.
