You have to get JUMPED OUT! if you try to move

I lived at the formerly know Cedar Ridge that soon became the Princeton Estates. I gave my notice with the new managment team that get changed as much as girls would their undercloth; and was harrassed everyday. Ms. SS was new to the team and Ms. MM hadn't been on the property too long either. They tried to evict me before I moved and placed several wrongful notices on my door. Thereafter, I had missed time from work because of frivolous charges made by these two womens who were mad because I went over their head to the CORPORATE OFFICE of SAWYER REALITY IN MASSACHUSETTS. These women also returned my rent after it was paid in full (twice), they had upped my rent they said because of a visual inspection from outside of the units and everyone had a rent increase. I disputed that and went to war with this apartment complex. They are malicious and it's like getting "jumped out of a gang," when you try to leave.

Eight months later I received a letter from a 3rd party and when I called it was a representative saying I was being suied for $1,300. I immediately called P.E. and the corporate office who failed to step up to the plate. They have had two to three people call and swindle me out of cash. I told them to take me to court. I kept a file on them since Cedar Ridge days and all of their lousy managemnt, theiving maintenance who use to sell the master keys and barely ever finished a order ticket. I also took pictures. Believe it or not!

They are actually trying to use information Ms. MM & Ms. SS wrote up in retailiation and marked things such as moving two items (entertainment center and 1 piece of a wall unit)$400 ($25 an hour). These two women are no longer at the property and one was sent back to B-more to work at another property owed by SAWYER REALITY.

Several people I know who recieved SECTION 8 were wrongfully evicted and have lost their assistance.

Last fall they put out this couple the day the tornado's ended and the power was out after they went to court and made a payment. When the couple arrived home from work their computers, television sets, clothing, personal identification and everything was gone! PRINCETON ESTATES WANTS YOU TO BE HOMELESS ONCE YOU LEAVE THEIR GANG. They will do anything to get your money...ANYTHING!
