Slum-lord Alert! Don't live here if you like clean air!

I am the author of the March post. Yes, I'm still here and to burke the noise problem I had and the nasty sink, management decided to give me a "tranfer" apartment to shut me up. I've gone from bad to worse in my "new", transfer apartment! The building is just plain nasty, the kids who live here run/play all over the da#@$ entrance sometimes blocking it, litter the outside w/ trash and popscicles and candy, and to add insult to injury: I live in a bldg. filled w/ "RJ Reynold's" addicts!! Cigarette smoke is a serious health issue and I live with it everyday!! I suffer from smoke-infiltration in my apartment on a daily basis and have not been able to sleep in my bedroom, or use the bathroom because of a filthy, disgusting tenant who lives beneath me and smokes horribly. I'm presently fighting the issue on management and local gov't. level. If I don't get "it" inside my apartment (daily dose of smoke), then I get it w/ the "addicts" who smoke on their balconies--via open windows, or in the hallway! The smoke just seeps and reeks in something as public an area as the hallway from the insides of these miserable people's apartments. It will have you running for the outside!! I've done it.
So if you don't want cancer, heart disease, or even suffer a heart attack, stay away from slum-lord owned and operated Princeton Estates...one of many a Sawyer Realty failures/disgraces! 10/22/2005
