LET'S JUST SAY...

So, I was trying to be CHEAP... and Thank God I came to my senses before I signed my lease... Where do we start... let's see... how about the name PRINCETON ESTATES... sounds splended right''' That is a fancy name for "DA HOOD"... first they have a "gated-in" property... with a BROKEN gate... how the hell right... how long has it been broken' Who knows, but if you ask management... they're working on getting it fixed. Next.. there is the 7eleven across the street that all the "towners" go to... stays packed after 5pm. Speaking of after 5pm... that is when all the loiterers come out and sit on they're porches and cars watching you walk from your car to your house and wherever else you need to go... (Creepy)older men mostly, but then you have young girls out there too... (whom could be working the area, but that's just my thoughts) Oh... the apartments are nice... if you make it into the inside... spacious and all... but they have the old 1946 air conditioner sitting outside taking up half of your balcony... don't get too close... it's hot too. And when I went inside of the apartment and turned on the water... BROWN... for at least a full minute... Just make sure you drive around the area... before you sign any papers, because getting into a lease is easy... getting out in the hard part. The management seemed nice, but that's probably becasue they want my money, they aint gettin it though...
