Living in Princeton Estates has been the worst experience of my life. This apartment complex has the worst staff customer service ever. And don't even think that you will ever get any maintanence issues resolved because it takes 2-6 weeks for them to resolve any apartment issues. My oven didn't work, and it took them 3 weeks to fix it. I also had holes in my ceiling and mildew all over the walls. The hot water is also always going out. Also, they have lost my rent twice and I have had major issues with them in correcting that. Also, there is a bowling alley across the street where there are always hoodlums and drug dealers. There are way to many bad ass kids in the complex running around and it is always noisy. The FEDS are also always over here because of drug activity, car jackings, and gun shots.

I would not recommend for anyone to move in here. They have a "supposed" gated community where you can just jump over the gate, and the gate has been broke for the past 6 months that I have lived here. The price is cheap, but with cheap prices comes cheap service and everything else that comes along with it. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF MOVING HERE!!!!!!!!! They should shut these apartments down! WHY THE HELL DO YOU THINK THAT THEY HAD TO CHANGE THE APARTMENT NAME!
