I heard this area was horrible when it was Cedar Ridge, trust me if it was worse than this.......... anyway the management are good for nothing, they try to have security walking around here but only time I see them is during the day (we dont need them then)The noise in this area is un-bearable, I dont mind the loud music from the neighbors b/c I play mines, but from these loud teens. This complex dont even have a community center that I know of, hell I dont want to walk around the neighborhood to find out.

I can't take my daughter out to play b/c theres not lush grass, theres patches of it, then theres rocks, used condoms, and glass out there and the playground is infested with loud teens and smokers. I called the rental office plenty of times only thing that happened is a notice being posted, what the hell is that suppose to do' I had to call management today because some teens during school hours was up in the hallway and on the front smoking weed,I can smell it all though my place and all the guy can say is ok.. So I called the police, even though you cant really depend on them to be on-time. They came 30 min later and they was gone.. Just the other day there was some teens drinking two building down (I get my info from my lil sister) I happened to have went outside and they were out there acting a complete fool.

10 minutes later I hear a loud noise and one of those kids shattered this ladys patio window, I mean the ---- was gone.... All maintenence did was put some thin ass plywood on it.. That right there is not safe..

Other issues:
Not enough parking spaces
We gotta pay for Utilites for this crap ass place.
Unsafe for my child.
No activites or basketball court for the youth..

I advise you to stay away unless you have no choice or use to living in the straight hood, cuz this is one more gunshot close to be called Southeast DC...
