I agree with you whole heartedly. I moved to Princton Estates in 4/2004. It was a travesty form the start. I was due to sign my lease at 10 AM and wasn't able to get my keys until 4 PM (a damn shame), while a truckload of furniture and helpers sit in the heat wiating for me to return from the rental office. You are so true that maintenance really sucks and they dont mind telling you that they are under staffed. Like that's your damn problem. They're understaffed in the rental office too until the rent is due then they have plenty of help and opn all weekend too. I'll never forget in December of 2004 they misplaced my cashiers check and i received a court summons they following month, had it not been for that I would have never known. so I had to go through the bullshyt of talking to damn near everyone in the office and Sawyer Realty Holdings for the to find the cashiers check in the same drawer that my daughter said they guy put it in when she gave it to him and they had the nerve to ask me for the receipt. Aplus for them that they ran out that particular day and my daughter didn't get one. I was there for 2 years through at least 5 different Property Managers and every other week the leasing agents and whomever they were posted in the front of the office were gone. I gave thema list 2 days after i moved in and to this day the dry rotted cabinets a still hanging from the walls, the AC is not working properly, they have mice problems and 4527 is drama central. I went from having a bypolar crackhead that ran men all night back and forths to a group of Barry Farms rejects to a group of young hoochies that wanted to play there music all day and night while they smoked dippers and blunts(so u couln't get any sleep for work)......last but not least the parking, they already know that they don't have adequate parking but continue to sell visitor parking passes at $50 a pop, if you are'nt home by 7Pm you won't get a park on the property period. This could go on forever. If you value your sanity and peace of mind Princeton Estates is not the place for you. Sawyer Realty is a SLUM LORD.
