Lived there for almost 5 years and yeah PP/CR had its problems such as my step-fathers rims where taken off his car, some people I used to know lit the dumpster on fire 2 times, seen someone get killed, someone I know got killed who go by L, got in a lot of fights, and once got "robbed". A lot of Section 8 lives there, drug activity is almost always in effect, people will steal your stuff if you get set out when you ain't home, and the teens(including me when I was there) didn't go to school who were zoned for Crossland, but now Potomac. Personally, it was bad there as a teen since after a few years there, everyone was cool with each other.

But, I do not reccommend anyone who wants a positive living area to move here or anywhere by Marlow Heights because it is too much drama and it is very easy to find trouble for yourself and childern. Have a nice day.

Wow, I have been a resident there for a year and never knew those things were happening. I lived in 4505 with a small child and I've never been robbed or my car broken into, I thank God for His covering.

lived there for 4 years...hated it!....Management changed hands 5 times while i was a resident.... Drug Activity, gang activity...disrespectful youth...parents no better...maintanence slow...quick to take you to court for rent but slow to answer normal landlord responsiblities.... never ever want to live there again....the worst place to raise kids.... have to keep them inside if you choose this place
