Do not move here. The youth are awful. The pet owners let their dogs of leash. My 3 year old was charged by 2 different dogs, one was a pitbull. They only fix things when you call housing authority. They were almost shut down until they made superficial changes. The staff is doesn't care. They wanted to charge me with problems that existed when I moved in 3 years ago. I had to pull documentation out on them and then they sent me a nasty letter with lies. I refuse to let them come in my home when I am not at home which means that I have to take off of my job. Its ridiculous. I say forget it. Oh and they use a tow company that illegally tows cars. Moving April 30th!!!!!

I agree the towing is horrible, when I first moved within the month they towed my car when I had a parking decal in my window. I had DC tags and was given 60 days to change it. I spoke to the manager Lori and she resolved it; I didn't have to pay the tow fee, but the fact they towed it with a parking pass sucks.
