I have lived here for eight years and it has gone down each year. Management change every six months. The only one that has tenur in office is Asst. Manager. It takes them for every to repair things. The only way to have things down is to call Corp. and complain and they then come out. I have not had hot water for over a month in my kitchen. If you drop liquid in the kitchen beware it might leak down to lower apartment. My vehicle was stolen and a week after I got it back stolen again. Drugs sold in front of Rental office. Police come but take their time. People have been raped and killed but you are never told. Please don't move here.
