I just renewed my lease for an additional year until I am prepared to buy a condo. I can truly say that I've had my share of maintenance problems which only seem to be resolved when I write a certified letter to the rental office. I've never seen any roaches in my apartment. My building is always clean and I haven't seen anyone loitering in the hallways or around the building. I did notice that there is some drug trafficking in the complex...but it's kind of discrete. The gas is extremely high, but it's because the windows suck. I heard that they are in the process of upgrading all of the windows to be more energy efficient. Which is an absolute necessity! Bottom line, I renewed my lease because for the price, it's the best thing that I could find in the area that accepts pets. The rooms are pretty spacious, the layout is cool, and I haven't witnessed or heard of any violent acts occuring in the complex
