I am a currently a Princeston Estates resident and I, like another residents do agree with the roach infestation. Yes, when you ask them to come they do but not come right away. When they do come they only do the kitchen, if you do not protest. When they come they never let you know they have been there, unless you request them to leave a notice. Even then they come when they get around to it or when they feel like they will get in trouble if they do not.

Calling in a problem with your apartment has improved to a certain degree. If you get the right representative and push to make sure your request is in the system then you might see a result. The fact that I had to go to the top person was a sign that what is going on when she is not there'

Hiring people that do not know the customer is always right and no matter what the person says in the office, providing there is no cussing, find a way to say what you have to say in a professional manner. I have been in the office many of times and saw the representatives not action in a professional manner. Even if you are friends with the residents there is a level of friendship that needs to be concerned about when you have other customers seeing the level of unfriendliness with some residence.

There have been at least two fires in the complex that I know of that has made me afraid of my apartments light fixtures. The one in my livingroom always seems to have water in it when a good rain comes. WHY is that'

MOLD MOLD MOLD is all I need to say about this complex. Look at the window sills, bathroom cellings and anywhere there is water leaking. My bathroom has mold so bad that when I call the complex they paint the celling instead of removing the mold. The fan in the bathroom makes alot of noise but it does not make a difference for air venting in the bathrooms. I have complained and complained to get my tub resealed. To this day the complex skates around the fixing of the tub. They glazed the tub and within 1 month the tub was back to the way it was before the glazing. No I only use the shower not taking baths. What di dthey glaze the tub with that came off after a month' Makes you wonder what is the reason for all the spot fixing instead of fixing the problems. They do as little as possible for as little money as possible.

The good thing about this complex is......if you are willing to spent the phone calls and the time to do run around and wait around then you will eventually get something done........patient is a needed thing to get your jobs done.
