i just wanted to know if this was a safe place to move to...are there shootings' cars being vandalized', kids fighting in the streets, robbings etc...are there roaches, mice, etc. Would this place be a recommendation for someone just coming from ghetto @ss ashford at henson creek' The one time I went in the neighborhood just to look it didn't look too bad but it is behind the bowling alley so how does it get at night during ALL seasons

I've been there for 4 years and it has roaches or mice depending on which building you're in. I've had my car stolen once but that was 3 years ago when the kids were on a car theft spree in PG County. But, all in all it isn't the worst place to be, I've been in much worst and they try to keep it up. If you are considering moving here just keep in touch with Yolanda at the leasing office, she's a gem!

I've resided at the community for 1 year and there are no kids fighting in the street or shootings. As far as the car vandalizing, if you don't have a proper parking pass you will be towed. I didn't have rodent problems, but the rental office customer service sucks. I request my mailbox to be fixed and the entire time I resided there it has not been resolved. I had to purchase a PO Box from the post office across the street. Also, every time I spoke to or saw Amerie her mannerism was horrible; getting things resolve a tenant has to fend for themselves.

i moved in princeton estates on december 19th 2008 and moved out january 27th 2009. this was my very first apartment and it was HORRIBLE. my apartment caught on fire january 27th 2009 while me and my boyfriend was at work. in my house was my pets who did not survive the fire. the FUSE boxes in ALL the apartments are OUTDATED which caused my microwave to blow up and start a fire in my kitchen. EVERYTHING OWNED AND MY PETS ARE GONE!.... ofcourse i had to meet with the leasing office and CORPRATE that same day. they termininated my lease and told me that they WOULD NOT LEASE ME ANOTHER APARTMENT until the investigation comes back that the fire was not my fault, which can take up too....ummmm idk MONTHS. LUCKILY for RED CROSS, red cross placed me and my boyfriend in a hotel for 3 nights and gave us money for food. PRINCETON ESTATES did NOTHING!... owe except give me hell and attitude. the leasing office is VERY GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL! i work and go to school so i had to take off the whole week to look for a new apartment which I did find on the last day i was in the HOTEL. if you move here please be prepared for A HARD TIME w/ the LEASING OFFICE And MAINTENACE... yes MAINTENACE was actually the one who fixed the blown fuses a week prior to the incident which was the SAME SOCKET THAT THE MICROWAVE WAS PLUGGED TOO. owe and i am a little over 5 MONTHS PREGNANT..SO TALK ABOUT AVOIDING STRESS~! but GOD IS WORKING EVERYTHING OUT :-) P.S... YOU DO HEAR SHOOTING, KEEP YOUR APARTMENT CLEAN OR YOU WILL HAVE ROACHES, THERE ARE STRAY DOGS, AND YOU HAVE TO ROLL OUT YOUR WASHER/DRYER/AND DISHWASHER OUT EVERYTIME YOU ARE READY TO USE THEM AND PLUG THEM INTO THE CLOSET SOCKET AND YOUR SINK.

As far as the safety issue I have not been robbed nor harrassed but my tags were stolen a week after moving in (which I can't fault the complex b/c it can happen anywhere but I live in building 4623 and this building is roach infested. People keep saying you have to be nasty to have roaches but I am very, very claen and when I moved in here I DID NOT bring them with me. Management is fully aware and had the building sprayed once which didn't help at ALL. My outlet in the kitchen goes out once a week and they just change the fuse ( job completed per them)The walls are very thin because I can hear the people up nder me TV and when they talking amongst each other (no privacy). Save the Stress Don't Move Here!!!!

I been here for a year now. The area is ok, close to some shops, no crime or no bugs in my apartment. I love the washer & dryer in my apartment even though I have to hook it up to the sink...still beats going to laundry mat. I never use my dish washer because u have 2 hook it up to the sink also...minds well wash them by hand. The only problem I have is the office staff. Some (not all) are no help and dont provide good service. If you call in for service, stay on them. I have to call 3 - 4 times to get one simple things done. Emergency service have been ok...after leaving a message to have something fixed after hours, they usually show within half hour but when calling into the office, you'll be waiting. It is one young lady (Amerie) who put request in and service is provided within the next day or so but the managers are kind of unprofessional.

i have lived here for 4 years and never had any roaches, late last year my building got infested with mice, it was a hellish nightmare for me and other tentants in the building, when you called the leasing center, that PENNY woman said it was not mice that was in there it was ---- roaches and i told her dumb ass that there is not such thing as ---- roach season, i went to a dollar store and brought some roach motels and caught the mouse in my kitchen on my own, then the maintenance man came in and plugged the hole in behind my stove, so far so good nothing else but mind you i keep my eyes open and i keep a nice clean apt, never any trash or dirty dishes or food left out, so far the building im in is pretty decent, and quite, we had some thungs that moved in but they are now gone so back to being quite in the building.
