I moved in back in june of 08. I was handling business over the phone and was very pleased with the results i got.Buuuuuuuuuuut, that soon quickly changed when I went in to sign my lease. They tell you one thing and when u get there it's a whole different story. Well basically the quote I was given was completely changed when I went there and i ended up paying over $50 more. They are not the type of people who actually just go to work and do their job, you have to keep on them and they never remember anything- whether it was yesterday or last week. Also, when you have maintenance request its best to do it online, because I've noticed a quicker response because of the electronic trail. In my experience, the ladies I have put maintenance requests in to have not put my ticket in and I always have to call back. IF YOU PLAN TO MOVE HERE:::::::::: Please keep good records of who you talk to and what they say EVERY TIME!!!!! Because they will get amnesia!!!!!!!!!!!! Other than the rental office i love my apartment and surroundings.

The front office staff are very rude individuals. They get an attitude because you complain...isn't it their job to assist the residents' They make you not even want to go into the office. Did I mention that maintenance takes forever to respone to your calls. I've been a resident since Cedar Ridge the maintenance problem wasn't that bad when you called them they came, but now you have to call about four to five times before you can get any service it's unreal. I feel they need to hire more employee and layoff the one's who don't want to work from the front office down to the maintenance crew.

yeah that's true...What i've found is that U get waaaay better results when you put your maintenance request online. They respond to that very quickly because of the paper trail!!! I posted the original post, and I'm still waiting for them to fix my account!! SAD!!!!! And you always have to remind them of the problem-in my head i'm thinking that if I have the same problem with the same tenant then I'm going to remember something about the situation---Naaaawwww not them....LOL
