Princeton Estates suck monkey balls... I'm a current resident awaiting my lease to expire, which is in one month! Thank you God. However the staff/maintenance are a bunch of lazy u know what''''''s. I called them so many times to replace my kitchen light, and guess what I still don't have a kitchen light. How about this 4 months into my lease my dinning room ceiling started leaking water. I called the rental office numerous times! Guess what my ceiling still leaks when it rains. Also I had a peeping tom about 3 months ago, I called the rental office which was pointless they did nothing... as to say they didn't care about my safety. I called the rental office aka the ghetto office yesterday, asking how much would I have to pay to break my lease... mind you I only have one month left. Ghetto Keyona told me I would have to pay three months worth of rent although I only have one month left. WOW!! What a rip off. I could go on and on about this ghetto complex. Wow, I'm sorry to hear the complex is that bad now. Back in the 60s and 70s when I lived in the duplexes across Raleigh Road (Deer Park Heights), the apartments then were known as Marlow Overlook and they were really decent. Nothing fancy mind you, but most folks were hard working, decent, and honest people. Probably the biggest problem then was someone turning a fire extinguisher upside down and the hallways being sprayed with the solution. A drive-by was driving by some girl or guy's house you liked to see if they were home. Grits were tough greasers. Breaking Bad was the same--picking a fight. But only fists were used. What the heck happened to such a nice area?
