I have been living here since 2003, the building that i'm in is not bad, with the exception of this old man that thought he owned the building but now is long gone out of our lives and we are glad of that. most of the people in my building have been living there a long time, so its very quite and we are up front in the court yard section by the leasing center, buttttt i have seen great improvement in the development, i agree with most that the leasing center use to be off the chain and very unprofessional but has gotten a lot better, maintenace for me is real good i dont have any problems with my unit and if i do i go on line and fill out a request and my service is done within 24 hours. Penny the resident manger does work very hard to improve the property, I have seen this lady out there walking the grounds myself, and talking to the residents, so she does care and if you have a problem go on line and complian and they will respond right back to you, i know because i have done it and it does work. My building just had three new residents to move in and it was getting ugly in the building the older tenenants went on line and complianed about the new people to the building and withing 2days the problem was fixed by Penny, she called the entire building into the leasing center but of course the new people didn't show, so she talk to them each separate about the problems that were going on in the building and explain the rules to them about noise, kids playing in the building and other things, oh well the building is back to being quite and clean again....like i said it's really not bad there you should have to know how to handle your business in a professional manner, if you dont get want you need from them go to corporate office and it will get fix, if they dont know then the problem can't be fixed, trust me i have had my time with them years ago and i fixed it all by going to the corporate office with certifiy letters and putting the leasing office entire staff on blast.
