Finally - a place that I don't mind living in

I have lived here for years - initially it was a little rough but now I can honestly say I see the Property Manager outdoors daily and most importantly I believe in the past 3 or 4 month's the leasing office staff has been revamped and there are new faces....With the new leasing staff the office actually seems to care, work gets done, and I don't mind going in there because I know they are going to help. Here, when things go wrong I see a response with them being fixed. I think it's truly worth it to move here, I would refer several people as I have referred several people and they're happy also.

Ummm roaches, you have to keep a clean house, as for utilities, I pay gas and electricity.
