Most of the negative reviews are true. I went to apply for an apartment here and was happy to be approved with not so good credit. They are running a special for 1 bdrm's starting at 678 w/ washer & dryer. They told me I had 72 hrs to pay for my security deposit, and I would get $500 off my first months rent. The next day the agent faxed me my paperwork and the $500 was not off for the first month. I called and she said "that deal ended yesterday"....
I said ok, and played the lil "game" she was playing. I told her friday I would have my deposit and she said she'd call me back to see if the book keeper will be here. As soon as I got off the phone with her.... I called my good firned and told him to call and fake like he wanted to apply for an apartment. This same agent told him the special rate and also said they have a special $500 off first month's rent....He hung up and called me back and told me.
I immediately called the office back, faked to be him and asked for the agent... She was happy that my friend called back, but I stoped her in her tracks and told her it was me... I asked is Friday good for the deposit and she said im sure it is... and then I said by the way I spoke with Ant (the gentlemen I told to call and fake intrest in renting) and he informed me you gave him the $500 off the first month.. so I said If you were me... what would you do in this situaion''' She said I didnt speak to a Ant.... (mind you this was 5 mins ago) but she said hold on for about 2 min (basically to get her d@mn thoughts together), and then she said my manager said the $500 off your rent is ok. I said ok..... and never called her @ss back.
Why would I rent from you and you cant even be honest when I apply.. How trivial...
Also.. I forgot to mention I went back to the complex at 11:00pm the night I applied.. Nothing but hoodlums hanging out in the front area playing loud go-go music.. Typical ghetto complex.. Please do not waste your time here.

Ok after reading this - I informed you over the phone that management had an issue in regards to the special. All I can do is follow protocal and give you the information that they provide me with. Furthermore, sir - after we spoke you informed that you were fine with the apartment that you had and that you still wanted it; nonetheless, we offered the special to you because it was already what we told you - that you would receive; no one after that date that we spoke is receiving that offer...Needless to say, if you would like to cancel I would need you to tell me that ASAP, I thank you for your time, and do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused; but please note it was a simple mix up nothing was intential and trust me I was not getting my thoughts together I was conferring with supervisors to ensure that A. you would get what you were expecting, and B. that they were aware of the situation at hand.
Thanks!

I totaly agree with whoever put up the first post... Those chicks in the rental office are indeed very unprofessioanl. They sit around and joke all day long. Sawyer Management Company it self is low class.. and they employ low class employees with little education. If you check out there website... you will see nothing but low grade apartment complexes and then type in the names on here and see all the negative reviews.. it's really sad... and then to see the chick who the person was talking about respond, that show's that they have nothing else to do but sit around on the computer at work instead of really helping people......

Oh the first post is true... I currently live at Princeton Estates.. and I just so happen to look them up on here. Nothin but a ghetto.. the rental office loves to play games.. just last week we had no gas in our apartments.. Was I notified? Hell Naw... and for the people that say you need to put the request in online... pleaaaassssee, I was skipped over several times. I dont know where they get people to lease these apartments, or certify these maintenance people...
