This complex is worst that Kings square in landover, Md. the rental office staff is never at work in the office, maintenance is poor, i recently moved and was a tenant there for 12 years , they never painted, never replaced the carpet, it takes a call to housing authority to get maintenace calls serviced, it is drug infested and car theft is very high. units are broken into on a daily basis. -- does not even come on the property, and yes they have robberies at night, do not move here.
