This place has been nothing but a total nightmare since I moved in. I have lived here for my 1 year exactly and am MOVING on the next thing SMOKING up outta here. I should have knew one the first day I moved in when the Tenant across the hall from me told me the previous tenant broke her lease to move out because of Mice Infestation. But NOOOO the rental office assured me that was not the case and that Sure from time to time in the winter occasionally someone would reference a mouse but only because we were so close to a wooded area.
Of course all of that was B.S, since hearing that I have seen at least 3 mice in my apt. I has to resort to getting a CAT (and I hate cats but I hate Mickey even more) to keep them away from my apt and still PoohBear (thats the cat) every so often brings ma'am a treat.
As if that werent enough the property has changed 3 managers in my year timeframe of being there and still I dont see any improvement. The building door, when locked are supposed to imply some type of security but there are always kids hanging in the hallways or propping something in the doors to keep them open. More often then not the freaking door are broken and cant lock OR lock you and you cant get out. And this problem has really NEVER been fixed since I moved in. My bathroom ceiling caved in from a leak upstairs that maintenance "Fixed" then to top it off a major leak just happened and the ceiling from my living room all the way to my bedrooms had water damage. It took them 2 weeks to fix it. I had to stay with friends, relatives, a hotel BUT OH YES they want their rent ON TIME.
The ceiling still isnt fixed all they did was wait for the ceiling to appear dry and repaint, Guess thats probably the reason I now have mold growing in my closets.

I would not recommend anyone moving here I am normally an optimistic person but this place has definitely shown me if something looks too good to be true....RUN!
