I, being optimistic, decided to go against the reviews that I had read about this complex. That proved to be the biggest mistake I have ever made! I had been at the residence for two months and just decided it would be best if I give my 30 day notice.
Aside from the maintenance/leasing staff not following up with complaints there were many things that i could not grow accustomed too! Mice, cockroaches as well as being made to feel like I must maintain my own apartment. I have given up on this complex maybe in anothertwo years they will have gotten everything together. Before signingany agreement drive thru the neighbor hood and speak with some of tenants. If you d move here letit be your last resort! Good luck.
