I have resided at Raleigh Court Apartments for about 6 months and it has been a nightmare ever since. At the time I was in need of a place to live, and fortunately they had an apartment available for me and my 8 month old baby. So I took the apartment and moved in with several burn stains to my carpet, a leaky faucet, light bulb missing out of the bathroom, broken blinds, and a ragedy job done to the laying to my tile floor in my kitchen, lastly I had no A/C when I moved in. The A/C was shot. And took them 4 days to even come and look at it and then another 2 days for it to be fixed. To date that is the only thing that has been fixed in my apt. I hate it at here!!! I have written letters to the rental office, spoke with someone at the corporate office and still nothing has been fixed. Then to top it all off I recently went with out hot water for 2 days. This is ridiculous. The rental office is never open, the emergency maitenance line is no good because they dont respond at all! And it just sucks that I dont have any where else to go becuase if I did, i would go!!

That is really sad that you have had to endure such hardship. I will say a prayer for you and your baby that a better living situation wil come your way. I am going to research this. There has to be some legal means to assist you and speak on your behalf since they are not listening to you. I hope you check back and read this.
