I'm resident at Raleigh Court and I regret ever moving in. The office staff, if at work, are unprofessional, disrespectful, rude and don't want to do any work, neither do the maintenance staff. A guy was shot and killed in his apartment and another was robbed and shot in the parking lot...no notification was sent to the residents to ensure their safety and if you complain to the corporate office you'll get a notice letting you know that your lease isn't going to be renewed. Your maintenance request will fall upon deaf ears, even if you notify the President of the management company...oh and don't expect a response from anyone in the corporate office either. The children play in the hallways because theres no playground for them or in the parking lot...and they don't mind scratching the paint on your vehicle AT ALL. All in all if you have alternative housing prospects BY ALL MEANS TAKE THEM...you may live at Raleigh Court...but it WON'T BE ANYTHING LIKE HOME!!

I couldn't agree with you more...the resident manager Renee is the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever had to encounter. She feels that just because of her job title that, that entitles her to speak to the residents like crap. Please don't confront her about the way she talks to you because then she will threaten to give you a 30 day vacate notice. The Parking situation was aweful at one point, even being a resident with your parking sticker your car would still be towed at your expense and there was nothing you could do about it...this place sucks a fat one!!!!!!!!!

I AGREE WITH YOU....Renee needs to go. I live in the apartment where the man was shot and killed, and I came home to have police officers in my building asking me questions. There was no notice or anything in reference to the incident. This complex is the worse place to stay especially, if Renee remains in the office.
