Only if it's an emergency!!

I have lived at Raleigh Court Apartments since January of '06. I will be moving out of state soon so I will be turning in my notice very soon. In reading the other posts,I have to agree. One poster mentioned Beverly. I really liked her. She helped me get in an apartment when my son and I were faced with an emergency situation and needed to be somewhere fast. She was very sweet, she always responded to my calls. But now comes Renee. She is very nasty and I agree GHETTO!! She calls and leaves rude messages on your answering machine and is just an overall pain to deal with! I have several things in my apartment that need to be fixed. I have sent them a list of all the items that need to be fixed as well as making phone calls to the "business" office with my complaints as well. Currently, my refridgerator leaks, won't close completely, freezes things as if its a freezer, my heat doesn't work, the tile floor in my kitchen is broken as well as in my bathroom by the tub, I'm expecting the floor to cave in at any moment. I have had numerous complaints about my heat and a/c going out numerous times. Not to mention I was rudely told that in order for them to get in to make repairs I would have to provide the office with the key to my front door!! Why would they not have a key to my door''!! Ridiculous!! So I had to leave my key for them to make a copy and had them leave it for me! Well now do you think any repairs have been done now that they have the key'' Of course not!! I can't wait to get out of here!! I do see a mouse run through my apartment from time to time. The stupid exterminator came in and put a glue trap underneath my kitchen cabinet which I finally threw away because I kept stepping on it! Why he would put it there is beyond me. I used to have a roach problem when I first moved in, but I only see one very rarely. Inspections have supposedly been done, but I see no progress being made except for the painting of the laundry room... why'''!! Also, I lived in the building right down stairs where the man was shot and my son and I were home that night. I knew something was going wrong, my heart was beating so fast. It was really scary. Another annoyance is our building door. Someone kept breaking the lock so it remained unlocked for at least a couple of months. Then one day you come home and instead of notifying the building tenants that they will be fixing the lock so that they are carrying their key, they fix the lock. Now several tenants were locked out and had to wait for other residents to let them in!! I just keep thinking it can't be that hard to provide a decent place for people to live, but the management at this complex obviously is not concerned about its current or future tenants.
